Shawn Fahey
Shawn has 20+ years in the construction industry, the majority of that in home building working for Wisconsin’s largest home builder, a privately owned national builder, and helping start up operations for a builder looking to expand into Madison. With a background in quality control and continuous improvement, Shawn brings an attention to detail that helps assure a quality product and experience every time. Shawn enjoys working with current and prospective customers and understands that they all have different needs, and he strives to provide the home they envision while delivering a great journey throughout the build.
Mike Fujihira
Mike is a 9-year Military Veteran that started his career in new home construction in 2013 after building his own home, and it being a terrible experience from a Sales/Customer Service side of things. He has worked for multiple builders in the area, and for the largest private seller of new homes for 7 years as a Salesperson, Director of Sales, Consultant, and Account Executive of SaaS, and most recently prior to starting Maverick Homes was hired to be groomed to takeover a local division for a privately owned national builder.
Matt Winzenried
Matt has worked in Real Estate since 2005, which has earned him a wide range of experience in changing markets and economies. By finding just the right pricing strategy for his clients homes that they need to sell, being an expert in helping clients search and find their perfect home, and negotiating all contracts to get the best deal possible, Matt has become the highest producing agent on the West Side of Madison.
Dan Spransy
Dan is the Co-Founder/Owner and current President at Realty Executives Cooper Spransy in Madison, WI, which is the highest producing single office in the Dane County area for General Real Estate. He has been responsible for overseeing the growth of the brokerage, starting with two people, and now up to 80+ agents and over $300 million in annual sales. More recently, he has also helped co-found a new Title Company, Founders Title.
On top of the ventures in Real Estate and Title, Dan is the Founder of Before 16, a non profit that helps 10-15 orphans from other countries to find adoptive families each year.
